Who Court Drafters Is
Court Drafters is a document preparation and drafting assistance service, not a U.S. law firm. We are not attorneys of record, we do not appear in court and we do not file documents on a client’s behalf. What we do is prepare the written documents a legal matter requires — accurately, consistently and from the specific facts each client provides.
The service operates remotely. Clients in any U.S. state can request document preparation, provide the relevant facts and records, and receive completed drafts for their own review and use. There are no in-person meetings and no geographic restrictions within the United States.
